The General Specifications for Sanitary Sewer
Line Installation, which are attached hereto as Exhibit A[1] and incorporated herein and made a part hereof as though
set forth in full, are hereby enacted and adopted and shall govern
all sanitary sewer installation in Lawrence Township. If any provision
of this article or Exhibit A hereto is declared invalid for any reason,
it shall not affect the validity of any other provision of this article
or Exhibit A attached hereto.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate
any provision of this article shall, upon conviction in a summary
proceeding brought before a District Justice under the Pennsylvania
Rules of Criminal Procedure, be guilty of a summary offense and shall
be punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000,
plus costs of prosecution. In default of payment thereof, the defendant
may be sentenced to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 days.
Each day or portion thereof that such violation continues or is permitted
to continue shall constitute a separate offense, and each section
of this article that is violated shall also constitute a separate
offense.[1]
