It shall be unlawful for any person to tattoo
a human being or for any person, firm or corporation to conduct the
business of tattooing within the Borough of Dunellen, except that
tattooing may be performed for medical purposes by a physician licensed
to practice medicine in the State of New Jersey.
Any person, firm or corporation, upon conviction
of a violation of the provisions of this chapter, shall be punished
by a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for not more than
90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation
is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate
offense and shall be punishable as such.
