[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Meeting of the Town of Walpole as Article
XIII, Sec. 11, of the 1973 General Bylaws, as updated through
2002. Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
No person shall make any figure or write any words upon any fence, building
or any other structure in any public place or commit a nuisance upon any sidewalk
or against any tree or structure adjoining the same.
For the purpose of this chapter, the penalty for violation of any provision
of this bylaw shall be a fine of not more than $200 for each day said violation
exists, unless otherwise specified in the General Laws of the Commonwealth.
