A listing of items shall be prepared and be advertised for sale in accordance with the Township Code,[1] and upon advertisement the township shall accept bids for the items listed from any and all interested parties.

After examination of the bids and a determination that the offered price meets or exceeds the estimated fair market value, the township staff person(s) shall arrange for the sale of the items to the qualified bidder; and consummation of the sale shall take place within 30 days of receipt of the bids and the identification of the successful bidder.
