A. 
The owner or person in charge of any motor vehicle shall not permit it to stand unattended on any street, private driveway, public or private parking lot, used or new car sales lot or any other unattended open space which is readily accessible to any person, without having locked the ignition of such motor vehicle and removed the ignition key from its lock.
B. 
Any police officer having jurisdiction in the Township of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who finds a motor vehicle left in the condition set forth in Subsection A may immediately lock such vehicle's ignition, remove the key from the lock and deliver it to the officer in charge of any police station of the Township of Lancaster, the Lancaster Township Municipal Building, or the official police station of any intermunicipal police department having jurisdiction in the Township of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The police officer shall leave a notice of any such violation in a conspicuous place upon said vehicle, which notice shall also state where the ignition key has been taken and held.
C. 
The registered owner of a vehicle found in violation of this article shall be prima facie responsible for such violation.
D. 
Whoever violates any provisions of this section shall be fined in accordance with the "Established Uniform Fees" of the Township.[1]

A. 
No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle on the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of a street.
B. 
Whoever violates any provisions of this section shall be fined in accordance with the “Established Uniform Fees” of the Township.[1]

A. 
No person shall park, or leave unattended, a vehicle in a traffic lane or upon any road, highway or alley, in such a position or under such circumstances as to interfere unduly with the normal movement of traffic or as constitutes a safety hazard.
B. 
Whoever violates any provisions of this section shall be fined in accordance with the "Established Uniform Fees" of the Township.[1]

If any violation of this chapter or any other traffic ordinance of the Township of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is committed by the use of an automobile registered to a corporation, partnership or association, such corporation, partnership or association shall be liable for any fine or other cost and shall be subject to the sentence authorized by this or another traffic ordinance adopted by Lancaster Township in the same manner as would a natural person found guilty thereof.
