Pursuant to 730 ILCS 5/5-7-6, the periodic imprisonment
fee shall be set and established at $20 per day.
Pursuant to 730 ILCS 5/5-7-6, every offender,
including offenders who are sentenced to periodic imprisonment for
weekends only, gainfully employed shall be liable for the costs of
his/her board at the McLean County Adult Detention Center and shall
be assessed a periodic imprisonment fee for the costs of his/her board
at the rate of $20 per day.
