[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Woodcliff Lake 10-13-1958 by Ord. No. 160 (Ch. 153 of the 1985 Code);
amended in its entirety at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. I). Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
The discharge of any firearms, bow and arrow, crossbow, slingshot,
air gun, spring gun, gas gun or any other device which impels a projectile
through the use of force is prohibited in the Borough of Woodcliff
Lake.
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to:
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions
of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding
$2,000, a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or a period of
community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof.
