The Board of Assessment Review in the Town of Cicero shall begin
meeting to hear complaints in relation to real property assessments
on the first Tuesday in June of each year, starting with June 2, 2009.
The Town Clerk is directed to promptly file this article with
the Town Clerk, the New York State Secretary of State, and the New
York State Office of Real Property Services pursuant to New York State
Real Property Tax Law § 512(1-a).
