No person shall enter upon the premises of another by any means for the purpose of committing any wanton or malicious act, nor for the purpose or intention of invading the privacy of any other person by peeping into the windows of a house, building, automobile, or other vehicle, or spying upon or leering at any person or persons living, abiding or present in said building, house, automobile or other vehicle.
Nothing contained in this bylaw shall be construed to abridge nor in any way limit the right of police officers to enter upon private property or to perform any act necessary in the performance of their official duties.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this bylaw shall be punished by a fine of $50 for the first offense, $100 for the second offense or $300 for the third and subsequent offenses.
