Smoking is prohibited for all employees and the general public in the following areas:
(1) 
Township meeting rooms.
(2) 
Any Township office.
(3) 
Any Township vehicle or equipment.
(4) 
Any area where smoking is prohibited for safety reasons.
B. 
Employees who observe anyone failing to comply with the smoking policy should inform them of the policy politely. If anyone persists in failing to comply with the policy, the Township supervisors should be notified. Employees who refuse to comply with the smoking policy may face disciplinary action.
