A.
In accordance with Section 383.010 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall operate any vehicle with a gross weight in excess of the amounts specified herein at any time upon any of the following streets or parts of streets, unless the vehicle is being operated for the purpose of local deliveries:
