Pursuant to § 7-258 of the Connecticut General Statutes,
as amended, the Town Council of the Town of Plainville hereby designates
the Revenue Collector of the Town of Plainville as the collector of
sewage system connection and use charges.
The Revenue Collector, as the collector of sewage system connection
and use charges, shall have the authority to collect such charges
in accordance with the provisions of the general statutes for the
collection of property taxes.
