As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
BOAT TRAILER
Any vehicle used or intended for use as a storage vehicle or conveyance for a boat of any kind, including self-propelled or non-self-propelled vehicles.
TRAILER or CAMP CAR
Any vehicle used or intended for use as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways and duly licensed as such, and shall include self-propelled and non-self-propelled vehicles so designed, constructed and reconstructed or added to by means of accessories in such a manner as to permit the occupancy thereof as a temporary dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons and having no foundation other than wheels, jacks or skirtings so arranged as to be integral with or portable by said trailer or camp car.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any trailer, camp car or boat trailer on any street in the Borough.
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof, in the discretion of a court of competent jurisdiction. Each and every day that such violation shall continue shall be a further and separate offense under the terms of this chapter, subject to the penalties herein prescribed.
