[Adopted 8-5-2002 by Ord. No. 1518 (Ch. 28, Art. IV, of
the 1994 Code)]
The agreement entitled "Agreement for the Temporary Detention
of Arrestees By and Between the Boroughs of Green Tree and Dormont"
is hereby adopted in its entirety as an intergovernmental agreement,
with each municipality retaining any and all rights, immunities and
protection it may otherwise be entitled to as a political subdivision
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.[1]

The Borough of Dormont and its officials are hereby authorized
to execute the attached agreement and to effect all terms and conditions
thereof.
