The office of Building Commissioner is hereby created, subject
to appointment by the Mayor with the consent and approval of the Board
of Aldermen. The Building Commissioner shall serve until his/her successor
is appointed and qualified.

The Building Commissioner shall have such duties as may be prescribed
by the Board from time to time, including but not limited to, service
as a member of the City's Planning and Zoning Commission.
