The Board of Supervisors shall establish from time to time, by resolution, application fees and deposits to be paid by the applicant/developer at the time of filing the relevant application under this Part 1.
The applicant/developer shall reimburse the Township for all fees and expenses incurred by the Township related to a stormwater management plan, waiver request and/or application under this Part 1, including but not limited to the reasonable and necessary charges by the Township's professional consultants, the Township Engineer and the Township Solicitor for review and report on an application and/or stormwater management plan under this Part 1 and the inspection of improvements related thereto, including but not limited to:
A. 
Review of the SWM site plan and report by the Township.
B. 
Preconstruction meetings.
C. 
Inspection of stormwater management facilities/BMPs and drainage improvements during construction.
D. 
Final inspection upon completion of the stormwater management facilities/BMPs and drainage improvements presented in the SWM site plan.
E. 
Any additional work required to enforce any permit provisions regulated by this Part 1, correct violations, and assure proper completion of stipulated remedial actions.
A. 
The owner of any land upon which permanent BMPs will be placed, constructed, or implemented, as described in the SWM site plan, shall record the following documents in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Butler County within 90 days of approval of the SWM site plan by the Township or within 90 days after the Township provides written confirmation of satisfaction of conditions imposed for such approval, whichever is later:
(1) 
The SWM site plan.
(2) 
Operations and maintenance (O&M) agreement (see § 26-168).
(3) 
Easements under § 26-161.
(4) 
Riparian buffers under § 26-142.
B. 
The Township may suspend or revoke any approvals granted for the project site upon discovery of the failure of the owner to comply with this section.
