The procedures for processing subdivisions shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 365, Land Use Procedures, of the Code of the Township of Irvington, New Jersey.
Notice and public hearing otherwise required by the provisions of Chapter 365, Land Use Procedures, of the Code of the Township of Irvington shall be waived if the Subdivision Committee finds that an application for development conforms to the definition of minor subdivision in § 560-2 of this chapter; provided, however, that the Subdivision Committee may condition such approval on terms ensuring the provision of improvements pursuant to the provisions of Article IV of this chapter. Minor subdivision approval shall be deemed to be final approval of the subdivision, and the Chairman and Secretary of the Planning Board shall endorse their approval on the plat submitted.
A. 
The developer shall submit to the Building Inspector a plat and such other information as is reasonably necessary for an informed decision by the Building Inspector as to whether the requirements necessary for preliminary subdivision approval have been met. Such plat and accompanying documents may be in tentative form for preliminary approval by said Building Inspector. If architectural plans are required, preliminary plans and elevations shall be sufficient. If an application for development is found to be incomplete, the developer shall be notified within 45 days of the date of submission of said application, or it shall be deemed to be properly submitted.
B. 
Completed applications for subdivision approval shall be submitted to the Planning Board in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 365, Land Use Procedures, of the Code of the Township of Irvington, New Jersey.
The Planning Board shall grant final approval if the detailed drawings, specifications and estimates conform to the standards established by this chapter, and provided further that the conditions of preliminary approval have been met.
