It shall be unlawful for any person to be found standing or idling in or about any store, shop or business or commercial establishment and/or its premises, if such standing and/or idling in or about such locations tends to cause interference or disorder of the normal course of business of the store, shop, business or commercial establishment or in any way tends to hinder or impede the passage of pedestrians or vehicles to or from the establishment or premises.
It shall be unlawful for any person to be found standing or idling on any street, sidewalk or public place, if such standing or idling in or about such location tends to cause interference or disorder of the normal access or use by the public or in any way tends to hinder or impede the passage of pedestrians or vehicles to or from the street, sidewalk or public place.
It shall be unlawful for any person to be found standing or idling near or on the premises of any facility open to the public, if such standing or idling in or about such location tends to cause interference or disorder or tends to hamper the public from freely entering and exiting the facility.
Any person in violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished, upon conviction, as provided in § 1-6.
