§ 1-221 Simultaneous holding of office.

The same individual may hold the office of Treasurer of the Borough and Secretary of the Borough simultaneously when and until the Borough Council enacts other legislation contrary hereto, as provided for in § 1104(e) of the Pennsylvania Borough Code, 8 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 101 through 3501.
