South
Rolling Road, the unvacated portion of South Rolling Road, identified
as "Right-of-Way to be Vacated" on the draft plan, dated January 15,
2018, prepared by Pennoni Associates and as part of a settlement agreement
dated July 24, 2017, between the school district and St. Francis of
Assisi Parish. The Board of Commissioners accepts the petition of
St. Francis of Assisi Parish dated January 4, 2019, to vacate a specific
portion of South Rolling Road currently utilized as an access driveway
by the Parish to its property, as depicted on the overall site plan.
The access driveway is often referred to as "Murphy Drive."
