A.
The
Tipton Park shall be closed to public use between the hours of 11:00
p.m. to 5:00 a.m., daily, unless otherwise posted.
B.
The
Mayor or his/her assignee may issue permits for individuals or groups
to use the park grounds during the hours listed as closed.
C.
Any
person in violation of these provisions shall be guilty of trespass
of the first degree.
