Pursuant to Section 31b of the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization Act (P.L. 2021, c. 16), all medical and recreational cannabis establishments, cannabis distributors or cannabis delivery services are hereby prohibited from operating anywhere in the Township of Mantua, except for the delivery of cannabis items and related supplies by a delivery service.
Pursuant to Section 40 of the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization Act (P.L. 2021, c. 16), a 2% municipal transfer tax shall be imposed on the lawful sale of any cannabis produced by way of cultivation at the only lawful preexisting, nonconforming state-licensed facility.
