As soon as subdivision streets or roads are reported complete by the Public Works Inspector, the Town Engineer shall request the subdivision developer, in writing, to submit dedication papers.
A. 
Upon receipt of dedication papers, the Town Engineer and the Town Highway Superintendent shall inspect the work.
B. 
The subdivision developer shall be furnished a list of any corrections or repairs to be made.
C. 
When the streets or roads have been completed satisfactory to the Town Engineer and the Town Highway Superintendent, the Town Engineer shall notify the Town Board, in writing, and the Town Highway Superintendent shall deliver signed dedication papers to the Board.
Upon acceptance of the streets or roads by the Town Board and submission of the required two-year performance bond by the subdivision developer, the Supervisor shall release the retained percentage from the subdivider's agreement.

No town street or road may be cut for any purpose without a permit issued in accordance with § 149 and/or other applicable provisions of the Highway Law.
B. 
A bond shall be posted in an amount determined by the Town Board as set by resolution.

No building permits are to be issued for structures on a town street or road containing concrete gutters until a deposit in an amount as set by the Town Board by resolution for each permit has been made to reimburse the town against possible damages to the gutters, regardless of cause. Deposits or any portion thereof shall be refunded upon written recommendation of the Town Highway Superintendent when the building work is completed.

No building permits are to be issued for structures on a town street or road until a deposit in an amount as set by the Town Board by resolution for each permit has been made to reimburse the town against possible street, catch basin and sewer line damage or cleaning that may be required from any cause arising during the period of construction. Deposits or any portion thereof shall be refunded upon written recommendation of the Highway Superintendent when the building work is completed.
Where a subdivision is extended by addition of a new section, the Town Highway Superintendent shall require the posting of a maintenance bond on the town streets or roads within the subdivision. Arrangements for said bond shall be a condition of the Planning Board approval for the new section.
These procedures shall apply to all completed, partially completed or new subdivisions and shall be effective immediately.
