[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough
of Collingswood 3-7-2022 by Ord. No. 1733. Subsequent amendments
noted where applicable.]
Any snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle or dirt bike operated on
any public street, highway or right-of-way in the Borough of Collingswood
in violation of N.J.S.A. 39:3C-17 or 35 shall be subject to seizure
and potential forfeiture in accordance with N.J.S.A. 2C:64-1 et seq.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2C:64-6, any snowmobile, all terrain vehicle
or dirt bike which has been operated in violation of N.J.S.A. 39:3C-17
or 35 which has been forfeited shall be destroyed.
