All full-time and part-time nonseasonal employees and elected
public officials who receive compensation from the Township of Clark
are mandated to have direct deposit of their compensation as of January
1, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 28, P.L. 2013, as defined under
N.J.S.A. 52:14-15f(b).
