A. 
Two-hour parking. It shall be unlawful for any person to park, stop or stand any motor vehicle on any street described in this article for any period of time longer than two hours between 8:00 a.m., prevailing time, and 6:00 p.m., prevailing time, from Monday to Saturday, both days inclusive, of each week:
(1) 
West side of Main Street from its intersection with the southerly right-of-way line of Church Street to northerly right-of-way line of Ellis Alley.
B. 
Overnight parking. It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand, or park any motor vehicle on any street described herein from the hours of 12:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. the following day, beginning Monday night through Friday morning:
(1) 
Main Street from Lighthouse Road to Cemetery Road.
(2) 
Church Street from Williams Street to DuPont Highway.
(3) 
McCabe Street from Williams Street to Railroad Avenue.
(4) 
Dukes Street from Main Street to Railroad Avenue.
(5) 
Hosier Street from Main Street to DuPont Highway.
(6) 
Williams Street from Bethany Road to end of Williams Street North.

A. 
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined $10 plus costs, including Town Attorney fees and Victim's Compensation Fund Assessment.
B. 
After the expiration of 90 minutes following the issuing of the original summons for any motor vehicle which is parked, stopped or standing in violation of the provisions of this article, an additional summons shall be issued for any motor vehicle which continues to be parked, stopped or standing in violation of the provisions of this article.
