Parking is prohibited on Town roads from midnight November 1 to midnight April 15.

Editor's Note: This local law also set forth the title of this article (formerly "Snow Parking") as "Parking on Public Roads."
Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic, and any police officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable costs of the removal and storage, which may result from such removal, before regaining possession of the vehicle.
In addition, the owner of any vehicle parked or standing in violation of this article shall be issued a parking ticket, which shall subject such vehicle owner to a fine of a sum not exceeding $50.
