A.
Each and every person or corporation who shall violate
any section of this code shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit and
pay a fine of not less than $10 and not more than $500 in the discretion
of the Judge of the Municipal Court before whom said complaint is
made.
B.
The violation of any section of this code in different
places on the same day or in the same place on different days shall
each be deemed to be a separate violation.
