As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
TRAILER OR CAMP CAR
Any vehicle, whether self-propelled or otherwise, including commercial tractor-trailers having no permanent foundation which may be used as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons, or for a place of business, or for the storage of materials of any kind.
No person shall park a trailer, camp car or boat on any street or private premises in the borough for any purpose, except repairs or storage.
No person shall store or permit to be stored on any premises owned by him or under his control more than one trailer, camp car or boat. Any trailer, camp car or boat undergoing repairs or being stored shall not, during the period of storage or repair, be used by any person as a dwelling or sleeping place.

Any trailer, camp car or boat stored pursuant to this chapter may be parked or stored on private residential property in the Borough of Norwood subject to the following conditions: If the trailer, camp car, or boat is parked or stored outside of a garage or building, it shall be parked or stored to the rear of the front building line of the lot or within the side yard or within the rear yard of the premises formed by the extension of the side building line to the rear lot line, so long as the vehicle does not protrude into the side yard requirements as set forth in any applicable ordinance within the Borough of Norwood.
