The Town Clerk be and he hereby is authorized
to issue flood certification letters in form annexed hereto.[1]

The Town Clerk be and he hereby is authorized
to charge an administrative fee of $10 per flood certification letter,
and he shall deposit said funds in the municipal general fund at the
end of each month.
