Editor's Note: Former § 74-1, Per-meeting rate,
was repealed 3-11-2024 by Ord. No. 2024-0311.
No Supervisor shall receive annual compensation
under this article in excess of the annual statutory limit set by
the General Assembly in Act 68 for Supervisors of Second Class Townships.
The fact that a Supervisor has received maximum
annual compensation under this Ordinance shall not relieve said Supervisor
of a duty and obligation to attend other duly convened township meetings.
