A.
Section 7-718, Subdivision 1, 7-718, Subdivision 3, 7-718,
Subdivision 4, 7-718, Subdivision 5, and 7-718, Subdivision 8, of the Village
Law of the State of New York are hereby repealed in their application to the
Village of Thomaston, effective July 1, 1993.
B.
The Planning Board shall have the authority to review
and approve or disapprove subdivisions within the area of the village and
elsewhere, to review and approve or disapprove site plans and to perform such
other acts as may be provided by this chapter.
C.
Section 7-728 of the Village Law of the State of New
York is hereby repealed in its application to the Village of Thomaston.
