§ 112-13 Filing liens for cost of work performed.

Should the Borough of Columbia perform any work or provide any services in conjunction with any of the provisions of this Chapter 112 of the Code of the Borough of Columbia, Pennsylvania, the Borough may, in addition to any other remedy provided by law or in the Code of the Borough of Columbia, Pennsylvania, file municipal liens for the cost of such work performed in accordance with the Municipal Claims Act and other appropriate laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
