Editor's Note: This local law was adopted as an amendment to Section 245.39-a of Ch. 245, Water and Sewers, of the 1975 Municipal Code, but was separated during codification to maintain the separation of legislation enacted by the Common Council and the rules and regulations of the Board of Public Works.

In addition, the Industrial Sewer Connection Application and the Wastewater Discharge Permit forms adopted as part of this local law are on file and available for inspection in the office of the City Clerk.
