A. 
The City Clerk is hereby authorized to charge for the issuance of certificate of marriage registrations the sum of $10 per copy.

B. 
No fee is to be charged for any certificate when required by the Veterans Administration pursuant to the Domestic Relations Law.

The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to make the following charges for copies of documents:
A. 
Transcripts of adopted legislation.
(1) 
For the preparation and issuance of transcripts of local laws, ordinances and resolutions duly adopted by the City Council, except the Zoning Ordinance: $0.50 per page.
(2) 
For the preparation and issuance of non-City-record documents: $0.50 per page (one to nine pages).
(3) 
Any document or pamphlet: $0.25 per page and $1.00 additional when certification is required.
(4) 
Copies of the housing standards: $12.50.
B. 
For copies of the Zoning Ordinance, including a copy of the Zoning Map: $40.00 per copy.
C. 
For an annual volume of the proceedings of the Council: $25.00 for each copy.
D. 
For a copy of the City Code, including all supplements to date: $300.00, plus postage and handling.
E. 
For an annual subscription to the supplements to the Code of Ordinances (issued biannually): $75.00.
F. 
For photocopies of City records pursuant to the rules and regulations regarding public access to records: $0.25 per page.
G. 
For City maps prepared by the City Engineer's Office: $8.00 per map.
