The fee charged for the registration of one
motor vehicle per year shall be waived by the City if the owner of
the vehicle was captured and incarcerated for 30 days or more while
serving in a qualifying war or conflict, as defined in RSA 72:28 IV,
was honorably discharged, and presents documentation as set forth
in this article.
In order to qualify for the waiver provided in § 320-90, a person claiming such waiver shall present to the City Treasurer certified records of the armed forces evidencing honorable discharge and the dates and length of time of capture and incarceration.
