This Article is authorized by § C-4B of the Town Charter.
In order to qualify for such assistance, the terms and conditions of
the South Bethany Police Department Employee's Pension Plan and the guidelines
of the State of Delaware Police Pension Fund shall apply.
The town will continue to pay the cost of administering the Police Pension
Fund for the Town of South Bethany. The town will collect the money and pay
the service charge to the financial institution handling the Police Pension
Fund. There is a cap of $750 placed on this charge.
