Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Art. IX, C-2 Shopping Center Zone, added 8-9-1974, as amended, consisting of §§ 134-44 through 134-46.
This zone covers lands which are preserved and owned by municipal, county and/or state entities. The purpose is to preserve land generally for public, open space and recreational purposes. The following uses are permitted:
A. 
Public and governmental uses.
B. 
Parks and recreational uses.
C. 
Utilities.
D. 
Horticultural use of land.
The following accessory uses shall be permitted in the P Zone:
A. 
Parking.
B. 
Recreational buildings and/or structures.
C. 
Uses or structures which are customary or incidental to the principal permitted uses in the zone, but not including residences.
