The Public Health Nuisance Code of New Jersey (1953) (a copy of which
is attached to this chapter) is hereby adopted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.2
et seq. The code adopted and established by this chapter is commonly known
as the "Public Health Nuisance Code of New Jersey (1953)" and is adopted by
reference and made a part hereof without the inclusion of the text.
Three copies of the Public Health Nuisance Code of New Jersey (1953)
have been placed on file in the Board of Health Office and shall remain on
file there for use and examination by the public.
Any person who violates the code or neglects to comply with any provisions of this chapter or code shall, upon conviction, be subject to a penalty as provided for in Franklin Borough Code § 1-15.
