Any person found to be violating any provision
of this chapter shall be served by the Village of Croton-on-Hudson
with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing
a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The
offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently
cease all violations.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be punished as provided in § 1-12 of Chapter 1, General Provisions. Each day that any violation of these regulations continues and each day that any person continues to discharge prohibited wastes or substances into any public sewer shall be deemed to be a separate offense for the purpose of applying the penalty provided in this section.
