It shall be a disorderly practice for any person within the territorial limits of the Township of Springfield to:
A. 
Unnecessary noise.

B. 
Unnecessary sounding devices.

C. 
Operation of mechanical or musical instruments.

D. 
Congregate, lounge or loiter in or about the streets, sidewalks, parks or other public places or public buildings of the township in a noisy or boisterous manner.
E. 
Fight with or without weapons or quarrel in a loud or boisterous manner in any public place, public building, street, sidewalk, building open to the general public or on the premises of any property open to the general public.
F. 
Use vulgar, profane, obscene or indecent language in any public place, public building or building open to the general public in the presence of another person.
G. 
Injure, harm or destroy the personal or real property of another person, within the territorial limits of the Township of Springfield.
All disorderly practices herein before defined are prohibited within the territorial limits of the Township of Springfield.
