It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter in the halls, corridors and public toilets in any public building belonging to the County of Shenandoah and on other county or School Board property.
Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a Class 1 misdemeanor. Each day that the violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
