[Adopted 4-2-1992 by Ord. No. 92-9]
No person shall park a vehicle at any time on
either side of White Bridge Road from the intersection of County Highway
513 east to and including the bridge over Capoolong Creek.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided
by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of a
provision of the article or any supplement thereto shall be liable
to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding
15 days, or both.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
or inconsistent with the provisions of this article are hereby repealed,
except that this repeal shall not affect or prevent the prosecution
or punishment of any person for any act done or committed in violation
of any ordinance hereby repealed prior to the taking effect of this
article.
