[Adopted 2-19-1996 by Ord. No. 9-1-96]
In addition to the public roads and streets in existence in the Township of Kingwood, the roads and streets hereinafter designated are accepted and shall become public roads and streets of the Township of Kingwood, County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey, and shall be approved, constructed, reconstructed and maintained as public roads and streets of the Township of Kingwood.
A. 
The following streets which have been dedicated to the Township of Kingwood by the developer, Cahill Construction, by the making and filing of maps and deeds in the Hunterdon County Clerk's office, are hereby accepted and shall be listed, together with their descriptions, under this article:
Dalrymple Way
(50 feet wide) from Kingwood Road (County Route 519) to its westerly terminus at a temporary cul-de-sac
The foregoing being shown on a plat entitled "Final Plat for Ashkap Kingwood Investments, Inc., Section 2," as filed in the Hunterdon County Clerk's office on February 14, 1989, as Map No. 995.
Ridge Road
(25 feet northerly half-width) from the easterly side line of Block 1, Lot 3.01 to the westerly sideline of Block 1, Lot 3.01
Rittenhouse Road
(50 feet wide) from the easterly sideline of Kingsridge Road easterly and northerly to the southerly side line of Kingsridge Road
Kingsridge Road
(50 feet wide) from the northerly sideline of Ridge Road to its easterly terminus, between Block 1, Lots 3.08 and 3.09
The foregoing being shown on plats entitled "Final Plat for: Oak Summit Construction Company, Inc.," as filed in the Hunterdon County Clerk's office on May 2, 1989 as Map No. 989, and "Final Plat - Phase II for: Oak Summit Construction Company, Inc.," as filed in Hunterdon County Clerk's office on June 9, 1989, as Map No. 1001.
B. 
The Township of Kingwood does hereby accept the following street(s) which have been dedicated to the Township by the developer, Centaur Estates, Inc., by the making and filing of maps and deeds in the Hunterdon County Clerk's office:

Barcroft Road
From Barbertown - Idell Road to its terminus
The foregoing being shown on a certain map entitled "Proposed Major Subdivision, Kingwood Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, Lot 2.01, Block 33," as filed in the Hunterdon County Clerk's office as Map No. 1135 on December 16, 1993
C. 
The Township of Kingwood does hereby accept the following street which has been dedicated to the Township by the developer, Campos-Amorim Construction Co., Inc., and Manley Construction, Inc., by the making and filing of maps and deeds in the Hunterdon County Clerk's Office.

Wagon Wheel Drive — Street which is 50 feet in width extending from Lower Oak Grove Road to its terminus in a cul-de-sac.
The foregoing being shown on a certain map entitled "Final Plat - Homestead Proposed Major Subdivision, Lot 25, Block 8," filed in the Hunterdon County Clerk's Office on March 1, 1994, as Map No. 1140.
The foregoing street is more particularly described by metes and bounds description which is on file in the office of the Township Clerk and is made a part hereof by reference.

Editor's Note: Section II of this ordinance provided as follows: "The acceptance of the foregoing street is contingent upon the developers, Campos-Amorim Construction Co., Inc., and Manley Construction, Inc., delivering to the Township of Kingwood, properly executed, approved and recorded Deeds of Conveyance and a Corporate Resolution authorizing the said transfer of property, together with an Affidavit of Title and a Release of the subject property from any mortgage or lien affecting same. Said title shall be free and clear of any liens or claims and the Grantor shall provide an Attorney's Title Certification of same or title insurance policy to the Township of Kingwood."
D. 
The Township of Kingwood does hereby accept the dedication of an additional right-of-way of Kingsridge Road to the official public roads and streets of the Township of Kingwood, and the Township of Kingwood does hereby accept the following right-of-way which has been dedicated to the Township by the developer, CDMA, Inc., by the making and filing of maps and deeds in the Hunterdon County Clerk's Office: fifty-foot wide right-of-way of Kingsridge Road. The foregoing is more particularly described by metes and bounds description prepared by Bohren and Bohren Engineering Associates, Inc. dated July 30, 2001, and recorded in the office of the Hunterdon County Clerk in Deed Book 2021 at Page 524 and which description is on file in the office of the Township Clerk and is made a part hereof by reference.

Heath Road
From Barbertown - Point Breeze Road to its terminus
Laurelton Belmont Estates Subdivision, as prepared by George A. Sniffin, Professional Licensed Surveyor, and titled, "Final Plat Laurelton Belmont Estates," being known as "Block 22, Lot 17, Tax Map Sheet 9, Kingwood Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey" and dated February 13, 2006, amended July 31, 2006, and September 11, 2006, filed in the Hunterdon County Clerk's Office as Map File No. 2061031000070730 on October 31, 2006.

The following street names of existing roads in the Township of Kingwood shall be modified as follows:
A. 
The northerly portion of Bungalow Road from State Highway Route 29 to its northerly terminus shall hereafter be known as "Old River Road."
B. 
The southerly portion of Bungalow Road from Old River Road to its southerly terminus shall hereafter be known as "Bungalow Lane."
C. 
Old Route 12 from its westerly intersection with State Highway 12 to its easterly intersection with Barbertown — Point Breeze Road shall hereafter be known as "Willow Run Road."
D. 
The entire length of Gombosi Lane shall hereafter be known as "Gombosi Road."
E. 
The entire length of Featherbed Lane shall hereafter be known as "Featherbed Road."
F. 
The entire length of Firehouse Lane shall hereafter be known as "Firehouse Road."
