There shall be established in the Township of
Manalapan a Department of Senior Citizens Affairs under the Director
of Senior Citizens Affairs who shall be responsible for the administration
of the senior citizens programs established within the Township of
Manalapan as well as the running of the Senior Citizen's Center.
