GENERAL REFERENCES
Personnel policies for other Township employees — See Ch. 30.
The Board of Health of the Township of Manalapan is hereby authorized
to establish, by resolution, personnel policies, practices and regulations
governing employees of the Board of Health which shall be consistent with
sound business principles to the end that the administration of the Board
of Health personnel program will be accomplished in a manner equitable to
the employees without handicapping or curtailing the responsible administrative
officials.
Prior to the adoption of a resolution establishing personnel policies,
practices and/or regulations, the Health Officer shall consult with the Township
Administrator concerning the contents of the proposed resolution and the Health
Officer shall either report to the Board of Health and/or give the Township
Administrator the opportunity to comment upon the proposal to the Board of
Health.
