[HISTORY: Adopted by the Governing Body of
the Town/Village of East Rochester 2-9-1983 by L.L. No. 2-1983 as
Ch. 62 of the 1983 Code; amended in its entirety 3-8-1999 by L.L. No.
1-1999.[1] Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
It shall be lawful for any authorized organization,
as defined in § 476 of the General Municipal Law, upon obtaining
the required license, to conduct the game of bingo within the territorial
limits of the Town/Village of East Rochester, subject to the provisions
of this chapter, Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law and Article
19-B of the Executive Law.
