There shall not be issued in the City of Margate
City any summer or winter seasonal retail consumption licenses or
any limited retail distribution licenses.

The annual fees for all licenses for the sale
of alcoholic beverages at retail in the City of Margate City, New
Jersey, shall be as follows:
Not more than one license, as hereinabove provided,
shall be issued to any one person, corporation, firm, partnership,
club or other association within the limits of the City of Margate
City, and any license shall be issued for one premises only.
Any licensee who sells, gives or dispenses in
any manner whatsoever, or permits the sale, giving or dispensing in
any manner whatsoever, of any alcoholic beverage contrary to the provisions
of this article shall thereby subject the license to suspension or
revocation.

The holding of a teen night, defined as a scheduled
dance or event held on the premises of a licensed plenary retail alcoholic
beverage establishment and restricted to those patrons under the legal
drinking age established by the State of New Jersey is prohibited.

Any person violating the terms of this article
shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not to exceed
$1,000 or to imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both.
