A.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:67-16.1, the streets or parts
of streets as described herein are hereby designated as routes for
trucks over four tons GVW. All trucks having a gross vehicle weight
in excess of four tons shall be excluded from all streets, except
those streets which form a part of the system of a truck route. Vehicles
will be permitted on all streets for the purpose of the pickup and
delivery of materials and goods. Trash trucks, recycling trucks, dumpster
and “pod” transport vehicles, and vehicles delivering
construction materials shall not be permitted on any street in the
City of Margate, other than the designated truck routes, prior to
7:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m.

B.
Any persons, firms, partnerships, or corporations
convicted of violating the provisions of this article shall be liable
to a penalty of a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for
a term not to exceed 364 days, or both at the discretion of the Judge.

C.

convicted of violating the provisions of this article shall be liable
to a penalty of a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for
a term not to exceed 364 days, or both at the discretion of the Judge.
