A.
It shall be the duty of the Captain of each company
in the Department to make a report to the Chief once each month in
accordance with such rules and regulations as may be established by
the Board.
B.
If the Captain of any company neglects or refuses
to make such report, the Chief shall immediately prefer charges against
such delinquent Captain in accordance with the rules and regulations
of the Board of Fire Officers.
